Cookie preferences
A clear explanation of cookies and the choices available to you.
Last updated:
Our own website cookies
We do not set first-party cookies for analytics, advertising, or visitor profiling. There are no optional first-party cookies to switch on or off, so this page does not include consent toggles or store a cookie preference.
Embedded booking and payment services
Some pages load Acuity Scheduling booking tools or PayPal payment tools. These external providers may set or read their own cookies or use similar technologies when their tools load or when you interact with them. Their use of cookies is separate from our own website code; we cannot describe the entire site, including those tools, as cookie-free.
Managing your choices
You can review, block, or delete cookies through your browser’s privacy settings, including controls for third-party cookies. Blocking cookies may affect booking or payment features. This page does not change your browser settings or the settings of an external provider. For provider-specific options, see Squarespace’s cookie policy (Acuity Scheduling) and PayPal’s cookie statement.
An alternative way to enquire
If you prefer not to use an embedded booking tool, you can contact us to discuss a class or consultation. Our contact page does not load Acuity or PayPal. See our privacy policy for how contact enquiries are handled.
Future changes
If we introduce our own optional cookies, we will update this page and provide appropriate choices before using them where required. For questions about cookies, please contact the Institute.
