Khemenu-Rekh Institute receives the information you choose to provide when you contact us, enquire about a service, or arrange a class or consultation. Our contact form asks for your name, email address, message, and an optional telephone number. Please avoid sending sensitive health details or payment card information through this general enquiry form.

Service providers
Our website and contact form use Google Firebase, including Firestore, to host the site and store submissions. Email delivery uses our email service providers, including Turbo SMTP. Authorised staff and providers may process information as needed to handle your enquiry. Acuity Scheduling handles online bookings, and PayPal handles payments where offered; information you submit through those services is also subject to their own privacy policies. Providers may process information in countries other than your own.
Technical information and cookies
Hosting and external service providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and request logs to deliver and protect their services.
