Classes and consultations
Our offerings primarily consist of classes, consultations, and related services. Please review the price, date, location, and any cancellation terms shown before confirming a booking. Specific terms disclosed at booking apply alongside this policy and your applicable consumer rights.
Cancelling or rescheduling
If you cannot attend, contact us as soon as possible using the details in your booking confirmation or our contact form. Include your name, booking reference if available, and the service and date. We will explain the available rescheduling or refund options. Any cancellation fee or restriction must have been disclosed when you booked and must be permitted by applicable law.
If we cancel
If we cancel a class or consultation and cannot provide it as agreed, we will offer an alternative date or a refund for the cancelled service. You do not have to accept a replacement date instead of a refund for a service we cancel.
Refund requests
If something was not provided as agreed, please contact us with the details so we can review the issue and offer an appropriate remedy. Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances, the terms supplied at booking, and applicable law. Approved refunds are normally returned through the original payment method; we will confirm the amount and expected timing. Your payment provider may require additional processing time.
Physical items
If you purchase a physical item directly from us, contact us before sending it back so we can provide return instructions. Describe the item, purchase date, and reason for the request, including any damage or fault. Any product-specific return conditions will be provided at purchase. This policy does not exclude remedies for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items.
Your consumer rights
